  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

    This is a 60-75 minute initial visit where we will discuss your current concerns, including both psychiatric & physical symptoms, & their impact on social, personal, and professional aspects of your life. We will also discuss your personal & family medical and mental health history.

    This information will allow us to work together in creating an individualized & holistic plan (which may include medication, lifestyle, therapy, &/or other recommendations) to meet your goals of care.

  • Medication Management (Follow Up Appointments)

    These are 30 minute visits, following your initial visit, during which we will continue working together toward your goals of care.

    We will assess the effectiveness of current medications & discuss any important life changes, which may have occurred.

    Targeted therapy may be incorporated throughout each visit & modifications or additional recommendations may be made to your plan of care.

  • Targeted Therapy (Provided with Medication Management)

    During your appointments, we may incorporate a mixture of psychoeducation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness based on your needs and goals.

    Please note - we do not currently offer 1:1 therapy outside of medication management visits.

  • Pharmacogenetic Testing

    We are registered with Genomind to order Pharmacogenetic Testing (genetic testing for medications).

    This testing is most beneficial if you have already tried a number of medications without benefit or if you have experienced significant side effects from medications.

    Testing can be completed in the comfort of your own home with a simple cheek swab.
